This Cookie Policy explains the cookies, local storage, session storage and embedded services used on nexusrealestates.com. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Local storage can remain until it is deleted or cleared by the website. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab session. The rules for storing or accessing information on your device apply to these similar technologies as well as to cookies.
Storage that is strictly necessary for communications, or to provide a service you expressly request, may be used without cookie consent. Other storage requires your consent before it is used. A service being useful or described as functional does not, by itself, make its storage strictly necessary.
2. Your choices
When you first visit the website, our cookie banner asks you to Accept or Decline optional cookies. Optional cookies include analytics and third-party content that requires consent. If you decline, these remain blocked. Necessary storage remains enabled in either case. Your choice is remembered for 30 days.
Optional tracking and content that requires consent remain blocked until you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time through in the footer, which reopens the banner. Withdrawing consent stops future consent-dependent processing; it does not make earlier processing unlawful.
If you decline, you can still browse listings, watch property videos and contact us through the enquiry forms, email or WhatsApp. The chat assistant loads only when you click the chat button. The translator and the reviews section are shown only after you accept.

5. Embedded services
Google Analytics 4. Used with analytics consent to measure website use. It processes usage and device data with pseudonymous identifiers. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses; IP information is used during collection, including to derive approximate location.
Elfsight. Supplies the translator, the chat assistant and the Google reviews section. The translator and the reviews section load only after you click Accept. The chat assistant loads only when you click the chat button, which states that the chat is provided by Elfsight and uses cookies. Until then, no information is sent to Elfsight and no Elfsight cookies are set. Once loaded, Elfsight and its infrastructure providers receive technical information such as your IP address. The translator processes page text for machine translation, and the chat processes the messages and contact details you send.
Geoapify. Provides map tiles. The maps on property pages and the Contact page load only after you click Accept. The map view in the property search loads only when you switch to it; it sets no cookies and receives only your IP address and the map area requested.
YouTube and Vimeo. Provide property videos. A video loads from YouTube or Vimeo only when you press play; before that, no information is sent to them and no cookies are set. Once you press play, YouTube or Vimeo processes information under its own privacy terms.
WhatsApp. Clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp or its website. WhatsApp then processes information under its own terms. Sending a message shares the information you choose to provide with us.
Fonts and property images are served from our own website; Google Fonts is not used.
6. Managing preferences
Use in the footer to change your choices. You may also clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing local chat storage does not necessarily delete conversations already held by the provider or in our CRM. Contact info@nexusrealestates.com for a personal data request.
If you block necessary storage, some requested website functions may not work. Questions about this policy may be sent to info@nexusrealestates.com.
