This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Real Estate uses personal data when you visit nexusrealestates.com, submit an enquiry, request a brochure or use our website chat assistant. It also covers recording and following up on those website enquiries. Additional information about processing carried out during a property transaction or a separate service engagement will be provided where applicable.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Your name, email address, telephone number, country, property or service preferences, and the content of any enquiry or chat message. The information collected depends on the form or service you use. We may also keep correspondence generated when our team follows up on your website enquiry.
Technical information. Our hosting infrastructure and website service providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. Optional analytics and embedded services may process additional information, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
Please do not send passports, banking documents or sensitive personal information, such as health information, through the website forms or chat assistant. Our team can advise on an appropriate channel if documents are required later.

We rely on legitimate interests only where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Answering your enquiry is separate from subscribing you to general promotional communications.
4. Our AI chat assistant
Our chat assistant is an automated AI tool provided through Elfsight. Its responses are general information and do not replace confirmation from our team or advice from legal or tax advisers. Please verify property availability, prices and transaction requirements with our team.
When the chat service loads, its providers may receive technical information, including your IP address and browser information. If you send a message, they also process the content you enter. The chat uses browser storage to maintain its state and conversation. The chat loads only when you click the chat button, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
If you provide contact details in the chat, those details and the conversation may be transferred through Zapier to our Qobrix CRM, and our team may receive an email notification so that we can respond to your enquiry. You do not need to use the chat to contact us; you may use the enquiry form or email us instead.
5. Who receives your information
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only where needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Their roles depend on the service and the applicable terms. Providers acting as processors are subject to data processing agreements.
If you choose to use WhatsApp or activate a YouTube or Vimeo video, the relevant provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Where your website enquiry requires an introduction to a property owner, developer or professional adviser, we may share relevant details to handle your request, and we will inform you where appropriate. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer occurs, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures where required. Transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework apply only to eligible certified recipients. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for its purpose, taking account of applicable legal requirements. The following periods apply to website information:

8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If we use your information for direct marketing, you may object to that use at any time.
Contact info@nexusrealestates.com to exercise your rights. We normally respond within one month. Where the GDPR permits an extension because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain this within that first month. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity.
You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr, or to the competent supervisory authority in the EU country where you habitually reside or work.
9. Required information and security
You may browse the website without submitting an enquiry. Form fields marked as required are needed to handle the relevant request; without them we may be unable to respond. Optional fields may be left blank.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect website enquiry information, including HTTPS and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
